碳纤维/环氧复合材料特性及对竞技体育器材影响 被引量:3

摘要 现代竞技体育不断刷新人类的运动极限,给专业体育器材提出了更高的要求,碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料是一种热固性高性能复合材料,对碳纤维增强环氧树脂材料在自行车、网球、羽毛球和曲棍球中的应用进行了分析。结果表明,采用碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料制造的运动器材的性能得到了极大的提升,在热性能、界面性能、力学性能和抗疲劳性能方面都有显著的效果。碳纤维增强环氧复合材料被广泛用于体育器材的改进,对促进竞技体育的进一步发展具有良好的前景和巨大的潜力。 Modern competitive sports constantly refresh human movement limit,put forward higher requirements for professional sports equipment,and promote the continuous and rapid development of advanced performance sports equipment.Among them,the material performance of sports equipment is the key to restricting the function of sports equipment,and is also an indispensable factor in achieving sports breakthrough.Various polymer composites stand out among the new materials because of their outstanding advantages such as high temperature resistance,cor⁃rosion resistance,light weight,high mechanical strength,durability and so on.Carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite is a thermosetting high-performance composite,which can be used to manufacture advanced aircraft parts.It is a polymer composite with superior comprehensive properties.This study summarized the role of carbon fi⁃ber reinforced epoxy resin in bicycle,tennis,badminton and hockey.The results showed that the performance of sports equipment made of carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites had been greatly improved,and had signif⁃icant effects on thermal properties,interface properties,mechanical properties and fatigue resistance.Therefore,car⁃bon fiber reinforced epoxy composites are widely used in the improvement of sports equipment,which has a good prospect and great potential to promote the further development of competitive sports.
