双酚环氧树脂合成的根管糊剂在封闭应用中的粘接效果比较

Comparison of bonding effect between two bisphenol epoxy resin synthesized root canal paste in one-time root canal surgery

探讨生物陶瓷材料iRoot SP与AH Plus用于一次性根管术中的效果。观察组给予生物陶瓷材料iROOT SP糊剂进行根管填充治疗,对照组给予AH Plus糊剂进行根管填充,对比2组术后6个月及12个月的根管充填治疗成功率、术后12个月后的患牙根管充填效果、术后1周的疼痛程度、术前及术后3个月的龈沟液中炎症因子水平肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-21(IL-21)。结果表明,观察组术后6个月及12个月的根管充填治疗成功率显著高于对照组(96.55%、72.41%及93.10%、62.07%)(P<0.05);术后12个月边缘染色、边缘完整性、修复体折痕、牙龈状况色、继发龋及牙体折裂评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1周的疼痛率显著低于对照组(6.90%vs 27.59%,P<0.05);术后3个月,两组沟液中TNF-α、IL-17、IL-21较术前有显著性降低(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。

Explore the effect of bioceramic material iRoot SP and AH Plus in one-time root canal surgery.Methods Totally 58 patients with chronic apical periodontitis who received one-time root canal filling treatment were random⁃ly divided into control group and observation group,with 29 cases in each group.Observation group was given bioc⁃eramic material iRoot SP paste for root canal filling treatment,and control group was given AH Plus paste for root canal filling.The success rates of root canal filling treatment at 6 months and 12 months after surgery,effect of root canal filling at 12 months after surgery,pain level at 1 week after surgery and levels of inflammatory factors in gingi⁃val crevicular fluid[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-21(IL-21)]before surgery and at 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Results The success rates of root canal filling treatment at 6 months and 12 months after surgery in observation group were significantly higher in obser⁃vation groupthan those in control group(96.55%vs 72.41%,93.10%vs 62.07%,P<0.05).The scores of 6 items,in⁃cluding edge staining,edge integrity,restoration crease,gum color,secondary caries and tooth fracture,at 12 months after surgery in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The pain rate of observation group at 1 week after surgery was obviously lower than that of control group(6.90%vs 27.59%,P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the levels of TNF-α,IL-17 and IL-21 in gingival crevicular fluid of the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before surgery(P<0.05),and the levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bioceramic material iROOT SP paste used in one-time root canal surgery can increase the success rate of root canal filling,obtain a good root canal filling effect,and significantly relieve postoperative pain and inflammatory response in patients with chronic apical periodontitis.
