摘要
采用层间涂层法+模压工艺制备了航空零部件用预浸料层合板,研究了BN含量对预浸料层合板物相组成、显微组织、导热和力学性能的影响。结果表明,预浸料层间涂层有良好结晶性,C、O、N和B元素都在层间树脂中均匀分布,未见明显偏聚现象。添加BN的预浸料层合板的导热系数都高于未添加BN的预浸料层合板,且温度越高,相同BN含量下预浸料层合板的导热系数越大。添加BN的预浸料层合板的固化反应起始温度、峰值温度和结束温度都高于未添加BN的预浸料层合板,且添加7%BN时预浸料层合板的峰值温度和结束温度最高。随着BN含量增加,预浸料层合板的弯曲强度和冲击强度先增加后减小,在BN质量分数为7%时取得最大值。
Prepreg laminates with different BN contents were prepared by interlayer coating method and molding process.The effects of BN content on the phase composition,microstructure,thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of prepreg laminates were studied.The results showed that the interlayer coating of prepreg hadgood crys⁃tallinity,and the elements C,O,N and Bwereuniformly distributed in the interlayer resin,without obvious segrega⁃tion.The thermal conductivity of prepreg laminates with BN was higher than that of prepreg laminates without BN,and the higher the temperature was,the greater the thermal conductivity of prepreg laminates with the same BN con⁃tent was.The starting temperature,peak temperature and end temperature of curing reaction of prepreg laminates with BN addition were higher than those of prepreg laminates without BN addition,and the peak temperature and end temperature of prepreg laminates with 7%BN addition were the highest.With the increase of BN content,the flexural strength and impact strength of prepreg laminates first increased and then decreased,and reached the maxi⁃mum when the BN content was 7%.
