摘要
介绍了超顺磁氧化铁纳米颗粒的制备方法,分析了高温热分解法的原理与应用,基于高温热分解法设计了不同尺寸的超顺磁氧化铁纳米颗粒的制备实验。分别以二苯醚和十八烯为溶剂制得了5 nm和16 nm的Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒;同时改变油酸的剂量,制备了不同尺寸的纳米颗粒。并采用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和振动样品磁强计等仪器对制备所得Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒进行粒径、形貌、磁学性能的表征。基于高温热分解法制备的Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米颗粒形貌规整,粒径均一,晶体质量较高,磁性优良。
The preparation method of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles was introduced,and the principle and application of high temperature thermal decomposition method were analyzed.The preparation experiments of dfferent sizes ofsuperparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were designed based on high temperaturethermal de composition method.5 nm and 16 nm Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles was prepared with diphenyl ether and oleic as solvent;at the same time,dfferent sizes of nanoparticles were prepared by changing the dose of oleic acid.The characteriza tion of particlesize,mophology and magnetic properies of the prepared Fe_(3)O_(4) nanoparicles was analyzed using transmission electron microscope,X-ray difractometer and vibrating sample magnetometer instrument.Fe_(3)O_(4)nanoparticles prepared by high temperature thermal decomposition method have regular morphology,uniform parti-cle size,high crystal quality and excellent magnetic properties.
