一种新型的凝胶贴膏制备工艺优化及性能测试

Study on the preparation and optimization of a novel gel plaster

为提高传统凝胶贴膏的效果,提出一种新型的凝胶贴膏的制备,并对凝胶贴膏配比进行优化,以探究凝胶贴膏的保湿性能和药理安全性。通过试验得到以下结论,在丙酮和聚丙烯酸钠用量分别为30 g和9 g、甘羟铝用量为0.7 g、酒石酸用量为0.8 g、聚维酮K90(PVP K90)用量为4 g、中药浸膏用量为8 g的条件下,制备的凝胶贴膏性能最佳。此条件下的凝胶贴膏在6 h内可将发热大鼠体温恢复到正常值,且不会对皮肤造成刺激,表现出良好的综合性能。

In order to improve the effect of traditional gel patch,a new type of gel patch was prepared,and the pro⁃portion of gel patch was optimized to explore the moisturizing performance and pharmacological safety of gel patch.Through the experiment,the following conclusions were obtained,and the gel paste prepared had the best perfor⁃mance under the conditions:the dosage of acetone and sodium polyacrylate were 30 g and 9 g respectively,the dos⁃age of aluminum hydroxide was 0.7 g,the dosage of tartaric acid was 0.8 g,the dosage of povidone K90(PVP K90)was 4 g,and the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine extract was 8 g.Under this condition,the gel plaster can restore the body temperature of fever rats to the normal value within 6 h without causing skin irritation,showing good comprehensive performance.
