摘要
针对现有装配式建筑梁柱连接节点稳定性低的问题,以混凝土、钢筋、钢板试件材料为原材料,设计一种新型钢筋混凝土管架梁柱连接节点,并从强度、延性、刚度退化3个方面进行试验。结果表明,所设计钢筋混凝土管架梁柱连接节点通过在梁端设置狗骨而构造塑性铰,可有效增大试件破坏时的极限位移,正向和负向负载下的屈服位移介于27~34 mm,刚度退化较为平稳,满足钢筋混凝土管架稳定性要求,具有较强的连接稳定性。
Aiming at the problem of low stability of beam column connection joints in existing fabricated buildings,a new type of beam column connection joint of reinforced concrete pipe frame is designed with concrete,steel bar and steel plate as raw materials,and the test is carried out from three aspects of strength,ductility and stiffness deg⁃radation.The results showed that the designed beam column connection joint of reinforced concrete pipe frame could construct plastic hinge structure by setting dog bone at the beam end,so as to effectively increase the ultimate displacement when the specimen was damaged.In addition,the yield displacement under positive and negative loads was between 27 mm and 34 mm,and the stiffness degradationwas relatively stable,which metthe stability re⁃quirements of reinforced concrete pipe frame and had strong stability.
