生物治疗与生物技术药物研究进展

Research Progress of Biotherapy and Biotechnology Drugs

现阶段,生物治疗药物已经在很多疾病治疗领域中得到应用,所谓生物类药物,主要指与生物原研药具备相同的活性物质,在安全性和有效性等方面具备相似特点。总的来说,在生物技术药物帮助下,公众面对生物治疗产品时,将会有更多的选择,在药物价格控制上具备积极意义。本文结合国内外新进科研进展,对生物治疗药物及研发生产特点进行总结,论述了生物技术药物后续研究趋势。

At the present stage,biotherapeutic drugs have been applied in the treatment of many diseases,the so-called biological drugs,main-ly refers to the biological original drugs with the same active substance,in safety and effectiveness and other aspects also have similar characteristics.In general,with the help of biotechnological drugs,the public will have more choices when facing biotherapeutic products,which also has positive sig-nificance in drug price control.In this paper,combined with the new scientific research progress at home and abroad,the characteristics of the devel-opment and production of biotherapeutic drugs were summarized,and the follow-up research trend of biotechnology drugs was discussed.
