摘要
建立了测定碳九馏分中乙苯、对二甲苯、间二甲苯、邻二甲苯含量的毛细管色谱分析方法,根据石脑油加氢装置碳九馏分中组分重且含有一定量的非芳烃的特点,对影响分离的色谱条件进行了优化,定性出与样品相关的4种烃类化合物,采用外标法对各组分进行定量分析,并探究了利用芳烃抽提装置的混合二甲苯用作期间核查标样的可行性。
A capillary chromatographic analysis method for ethylbenzene,p-xylene,m-xylene and o-xylene in C9 fraction has been established.According to the characteristics of heavy components and certain amount of non-aromatics in C9 fraction of naphtha hydrogenation unit,the chro-matographic conditions affecting the separation have been optimized,and four hydrocarbon compounds related to the sample have been identified,and each component has been quantitatively analyzed by external standard method,the feasibility of using the mixed xylene from the aromatics extraction unit as the standard sample for intermediate verification was also explored.
