石门揭煤流态造穴钻孔技术研究与应用

摘要 传统揭煤工艺施工穿层钻孔预抽揭煤区域煤层瓦斯,采瓦斯时间长,单孔瓦斯浓度不高,钻孔流量小导致工作面抽采效率低,致使石门掘进进度缓慢,制约煤矿高质量发展。为了改善当前问题,实现安全高效快速揭煤,提出一种石门揭煤流态造穴钻孔技术。现场实践表明:该技术能够有效降低煤层钻孔工程量,降幅为58.19%,缩短揭煤周期至6个月,并将回风流瓦斯维持在标准范围内。 The coal seam gas in the coal mining area is pre-extracted by the traditional coal mining technology construction through the seam drilling.The gas extraction time is long,the gas concentration in a single hole is not high,and the drilling flow is small,which leads to the low efficiency of the mining in the working face,resulting in the slow progress of the crosscut excavation and restricting the high-quality development of the coal mine.In order to improve the current problems and realize safe,efficient and rapid coal uncovering,a new technology of crosscut coal uncovering and fluid hole drilling is proposed.The field practice shows that this technology can effectively reduce the amount of coal seam drilling work by 58.19%,shorten the period of uncovering coal to 6 months,and maintain the return air flow gas within the standard range.
