摘要
紫外可见分光光度标准曲线法,是分析检验岗位的重要测定方法,也是近年来化学实验技术赛项技能竞赛必考题。标准曲线系列溶液配制方案和待测样液稀释方案是否合理直接影响测定结果精密度和准确度。本文结合测定过程中溶液的配制步骤,改变正向推导思路,采用反推法列举了标准曲线溶液配制方案和待测样液稀释方案的确定,并模拟绘出示意图,帮助高职学生理解计算过程,为确定标准曲线溶液配制方案和待测样液稀释方案提供了典型的计算范例。
The standard curve method of UV-visible spectrophotometry is an important determination method for analysis and inspection positions.It is also a required question in the skill competition of chemical experiment technology in recent years.Whether the standard curve series solution preparation scheme and the sample solution dilution scheme to be tested are reasonable directly affects the precision and accuracy of the determination results.Based on the determination of solution preparation steps,in the process of change is derived,using the backstepping method lists the standard curve of solution preparation scheme and the scheme of under test sample dilution and simulating painting show the intention,to help students understand the calculation process,in order to determine the standard curve of solution preparation plan and under test sample dilution provides a typical calculation examples.
