摘要
本文研究出了一种由尿素、聚丙烯酰胺、催化剂F1、消泡剂等组成的一种提取马铃薯淀粉生产废水中蛋白质的复合型蛋白变性剂,并研究了复合型蛋白变性剂各组分的最佳条件及配比。该变性剂在处理马铃薯淀粉生产废水的应用实验检测结果表明,蛋白质和CODCr的浓度由变性前的3719mg/L和39358mg/L,分别降至54.3mg/L和1083mg/L,蛋白和COD_(Cr)的去除率分别为95.1%和97.2%。
In this paper,a composite protein denaturant composed of urea,polyacrylamide,catalyst F1,and defoamer,etc.for extracting pro-tein from potato starch production wastewater was studied.The optimal conditjions and composition proportions of the composite protein denaturant was also studied.The test results of the application of the denaturant in the treatment of potato starch production wastewater showed that the concen-trations of protein and CODCr decreased from 3719 mg/L and 39358 mg/L before denaturation to 54.3 mg/L and 1083 mg/L,respectively.The remov-al rates of protein and COD_(Cr) were 95.1%and 97.2%,respectively.
