摘要
随着施工技术的不断发展,钢筋混凝土拱桥逐渐迈入了大跨径桥梁的行列,其总体解决方案中,在150~300 m跨度范围,悬臂浇筑法因其适用性强、安全性高造价合理,工艺逐渐成熟,近年来越来越得到了广泛应用。悬臂浇筑钢筋混凝土拱桥主要包括扣挂系统及缆索吊装系统的总体布置、扣塔系统及后锚系统的设计、挂篮工装的设计、施工监控等关键技术,从可行性、经济性、安全性、适用性等方面对这些关键技术进行了综合分析,指出了施工中的关键要点,还指明了今后钢筋混凝土拱桥悬臂浇筑技术发展的方向,为推动该类桥梁的设计和施工起到了一定的指导作用。
With the continuous development of construction technology,reinforced concrete arch bridges have gadually stepped into the ranks of long-span bridges.In its overall solution,the cantilever pouring method has been widely used in recent years because of its strong applicability,high safety,reasonable cost,and mature technology in the 150 m to 300 m span range.The cantilever casting reinforced concrete arch bridge mainly includes the general layout of the fastening system and cable hoisting system,the design of the fastening tower system and the rear anchor system,the design of the hanging basket tooling,the construction monitoring and other key technologies.The paper comprehensively analyzes the above key technologies from the aspects of feasibility,economy,safety,applicability,ete.,points out the key points in construction and the development diretion of ceantilever casting technology of reinforced concrete arch bridges in the future,which plays a guiding role in promoting the design and construction of such bridges.
