摘要
基于钢化夹胶玻璃及PVB胶片的材料特性建立复合模型,探讨了莆田站新建天桥带幕墙顶推施工时钢化夹胶玻璃的适宜形状,在此基础上对天桥顶推施工过程中桁架间相对变形对夹胶玻璃性能的影响进行研究,并提出了一种夹胶玻璃安装弹性结构,结果表明:莆田站新建天桥带幕墙顶推时宜采用三角形钢化夹胶玻璃,且随着钢桁架间相对竖向变形的增大,三角形夹胶玻璃的最大应力和最大变形也逐渐增大,并且都呈线性变化;当三角形夹胶玻璃发生位移小于0.5 mm时,玻璃受力是安全的。
Based on the material characteristics of toughened laminated glass and PVB film,a composite model is established.The appropriate shape of toughened laminated glass during the incremental launching construction of the new flyover with curtain wall at Putian Station is discussed.On this basis,the effect of the relative deformation between trusses on the performance of laminated glass during the incremental launching construction of the flyover is studied,and a glass installation elastic structure is proposed,The results show that the triangular toughened laminated glass should be used for the jacking of the curtain wall of the new overpass at Putian Station,and with the increase of the relative vertical deformation between trusses,the maximum stress and maximum deformation of the triangular laminated glass also gradually increase,and both change linearly.When the displacement of triangular laminated glass is less than 0.5mm,the stress of glass is safe.
