营运线桥梁支座系统病害分析与治理技术研究

摘要 支座系统作为桥梁结构的重要组成部分,起着受力传递、位移变化保障桥梁正常使用的重要作用。支座系统的材料质量、施工质量直接影响一座桥的使用寿命。墩高、桥长、支座量大,一旦出现病害造成的经济损失和社会影响都不可忽视。本文就梁式桥支座系统易发生病害、严重后果等进行分析研究,并就因支座系统问题引起的重大安全隐患治理方法进行研究,查明原因、提出解决方案,经济安全地完成处理,保障了人民生命财产安全,为今后桥梁施工关键工序控制提供借鉴。 As an important part of bridge structure,the bearing system plays an important role in ensuring the normal use of the bridge by transferring the force and changing the displacement.The material quality and construction quality of bearing system can directly affect the service life of a bridge.The economic loss and social influence caused by the disease can not be ignored because of the high pier,bridge length and large bearing capacity.In this paper,the analysis and research are made regarding the bearing system of beam bridge is easy to occur diseases,serious consequences etc.,and the treatment methods of major security hazards caused by the bearing system problems are studied.The reasons are identified and solutions are proposed,and the treatment is completed economically and safely,which ensures the safety of people’s lives and property,and provides reference for the control of key processes of bridge construction in the future.
