网球腿的MRI表现特点

摘要 目的:分析网球腿的MRI表现特点。方法:回顾性分析44例临床诊断为网球腿患者的MRI表现特点。结果:44例MRI均表现为腓肠肌内侧头肌肉肌腱连接处损伤,其中16例(36.4%)合并腓肠肌外侧头损伤,5例(11.4%)合并比目鱼肌损伤,3例(6.8%)合并跖肌损伤。44例患者中,Ⅰ级损伤11例(25.0%),Ⅱ级损伤27例(61.4%),Ⅲ级损伤6例(13.6%)。肌束间积液44例(100.0%),冠状位T2WI表现为肌间隙内羽毛状高信号区;肌间积液38例(86.4%),浅筋膜下积液19例(43.2%)。结论:腓肠肌内侧头的肌肉肌腱连接处损伤是网球腿的MRI特征性表现。 Objective:To analyze the MRI features of tennis legs.Methods:The imaging characteristics of 44 patients with clinically proved tennis legs were analyzed retrospectively.Results:All 44 patients had injury in the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle at the myotendinous junction,including 16 cases(36.4%)accompanied with the lateral head of gastrocnemius muscle injury,5 cases(11.4%)with the soleus muscle(SM)injury,and 3 cases(6.8%)with the metatarsal muscle injury.MRI showed partial or complete rupture of the myotendinous junction.44 patients with injury,11 cases(25.0%)was grade I injury,27 cases(61.4%)was gradeⅡand 6 cases(13.6%)was gradeⅢ.44 cases(100.0%)had interfascicular effusion,showed feather-shaped high signal in intermuscular space on coronal T2WI.38 cases(86.4%)had intramuscular effusion and 19 cases(43.2%)had superficial fascia effusion.Conclusions:The injuries of the medial head of the gastrocnemius muscle at the myotendinous junction is the characteristic MRI manifestation of tennis leg.
