摘要
目的:探讨MSCT Dental技术在推断青少年年龄方面的准确性。方法:使用MSCT Dental技术测量88例10~20岁青少年牙齿的牙槽骨高度。利用SPSS 22.0软件构建回归模型,分析MSCT Dental技术推断年龄的准确性。结果:利用牙槽骨高度构建的模型均能进行年龄推断,但由上颌右侧第一前磨牙构建模型推断的年龄准确性最高,与实际年龄相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),可用于推断年龄。结论:MSCT Dental技术用于推断青少年年龄时误差较小,多数可控制在1岁以内,实际工作中可以使用。
Objective:To explore the accuracy of MSCT Dental technology in inferring the age of adolescents.Methods:The MSCT Dental technology was used to measure the alveolar bone height of 88 adolescents aged from 10 to 20 years old,and SPSS 22.0 was used to construct a regression model to analyze the accuracy of MSCT Dental technology in inferring age.Results:The model constructed by using the height of the alveolar bone could be used for age estimation,but the model constructed by the right first premolar of the upper jaw had the highest accuracy of inferring the age,which was not significantly different from the physical age(P>0.05),and the error of the back-test results was between 0.024 and 2.699.Conclusion:MSCT Dental technology can be used to infer the age of adolescents with relatively small errors within 1 year.
