兰州-西宁城市群高质量发展研究

Research on High-Quality Development of Lanzhou-Xining Urban Agglomeration

"十四五"时期,中国城市发展面临的新变化与新挑战之一就是城市群和都市圈协调发展。未来一段时间,中国最大的结构性潜能也是都市圈和城市群的加快发展。因此,未来兰州-西宁城市群如何高质量发展,将是"十四五"时期甘青两省甚至西北地区进一步完善城市和区域经济发展战略的重点任务。从兰州-西宁城市群提出的背景、意义、目标和任务入手,详细分析了兰州-西宁城市群的发展现状,查找出当前兰州-西宁城市群发展存在的问题,最后提出促进兰州-西宁城市群高质量发展的对策建议,期望能为"十四五"时期兰州-西宁城市群的高质量发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。

One of the new changes and challenges faced by China's urban development during the n14th Five-Year Plan"period is the coordinated development of urban agglomerations,metropolitan circles and regions.For a period of time in the future,our country's greatest structural potential is the accelerated development of metropolitan areas and urban agglomerations.Therefore,how to develop high-quality urban agglomeration in Lanxi in the future will be a key task for Gansu and Qinghai provinces and even the northwest regions to further improve urban and regional economic development strategies during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.Starting from the background,significance,goals and tasks proposed by Lanxi urban agglomeration,this paper analyzes the development status of Lanxi urban agglomeration in detail,finds out the problems existing in the current development of Lanxi urban agglomeration,and finally proposes suggestions to promote the high-quality development of Lanxi urban agglomeration.It is hoped that the paper will serve as a reference for the high-quality development of the Lanxi urban agglomeration during the"14th Five-Year Plan" period.
