基于混合现实空间体验的叙事性城市更新设计--以厦门沙坡尾为例

Narrative Urban Regeneration Design Based on Mixed Reality Spatial Experience:Take Shapowei,Xiamen as an Example

传统建筑学工作流中的概念构思与沟通往往因扁平化的呈现方式而受阻。在厦门沙坡尾片区城市更新设计中,采用空间叙事性设计手段,借助混合现实软件,在设计前期将设计模型置入真实场景中进行评估调整,并基于此在宏观视角下对空间流线进行调整。整体规划设计遵循空间叙事原则,依托场地丰富的历史人文元素,以叙事学的"象征""隐喻"等形式传递叙事信息,设计场地中的各个节点,并通过unity混合现实技术平台进行立体化信息传递,充分体现混合现实技术在城市设计中的优势。

Conceptualisation and communication in traditional architectural workflows are often hampered by flat presentation.In the urban regeneration design of Xiamen's Shapowei area,the author uses a spatial narrative design approach and a mixed reality software to place the design model into a real scene for evaluation and adjustment in the early stages of design,and to adjust the spatial flow based on this in a macro perspective.The overall planning and design follows the principle of spatial narrative,relying on the rich historical and humanistic elements of the site to convey narrative information and each node on the site in the:form of narrative"symbols"and"metaphors".The unity mixed reality technology platform The design is designed as nodes in the site,and the information is transmitted in three dimensions through the unity mixed reality technology platform,fiilly reflecting the advantages of mixed reality technology applied to urban design.
