摘要
南水北调中线工程线路长,存在较大地理环境和气象条件差异,地质环境复杂多变,沿线各类交叉建筑物众多,各类工程结构复杂。文章采用综合评价法,通过分析各项因素及相互之间的关系,进行问题要素分解后归并分层,得出南水北调中线工程中可能存在的风险,进而提高风险预防和监测方法,保障南水北调中线工程运行管理安全。
The Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project has a long route,great differences in geographical and meteorological conditions,complex and changeable geological environment,numerous cross-building and complex engineering structures along the route.In this paper,the comprehensive evaluation method is adopted to analyze various factors and their relationships,decompose the problem elements and merge them into different layers,and obtain the possible risks in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,so as to improve the risk prevention and monitoring methods and guarantee the operation and management safety of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project.
