摘要
我国医学伦理审查制度和规范面临着现实的困境,故有必要在医学伦理审查的基本原则指引下,针对性地探究医学伦理审查的规范路径,以完善有关立法规范、优化审查机制、健全监督制度及明确主体的法律责任。
Medical ethics review system and regulations in our country are faced with realistic dilemma.There⁃fore,it is necessary to research standardized countermeasures of medical ethics review under the basic principles of medical ethics review,so as to perfect related legislative regulations,optimize the review mechanism,perfect the su⁃pervision system and make the subject's legal responsibility clear.
