摘要
TiO_(2)光催化处理兰炭废水中氨氮存在效率低、反应时间长等缺点,通过调整TiO_(2)的形貌可改善其光催化性能。采用水热法制备尺寸均匀的二维TiO_(2)纳米片,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、紫外可见漫反射光谱(UV-vis)等表征方法,分析样品的外貌形态、晶型结构、晶粒大小、吸光性能等,并测试其光催化降解兰炭废水中氨氮的性能。结果表明,在紫外光照下,TiO_(2)纳米片光催化降解氨氮的效率优于TiO_(2)纳米球,光照180 min,催化剂投加量0.25 g/L时,TiO_(2)纳米片对氨氮降解率为85.91%。小尺寸二维结构的TiO_(2)纳米片能有效地去除兰炭废水中的氨氮,本研究为兰炭废水的治理提供理论依据。
TiO_(2) photocatalytic treatment of ammonia nitrogen in semi-coke wastewater has shortcomings,such as low efficiency and long reaction time.The photocatalytic performance can be improved by adjusting the morphology of TiO_(2).We synthesized two-dimensional TiO_(2) nanosheets of uniform size by hydrothermal method.The surface morphology,crystal structure,grain size,and light absorption performance of the sample were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(UV-vis),and the photocatalytic degradation of ammonia nitrogen in semi-coke wastewater was tested.The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation efficiency of TiO_(2) nanosheets was better than TiO_(2) nanospheres under ultraviolet light.When the light lasted180 min,and the catalyst dosage was 0.25 g/L,the degradation rate of TiO_(2) nanosheets for ammonia nitrogen was 85.91%.TiO_(2) nanosheets with small size can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen from semi-coke wastewater.This study provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of blue carbon wastewater.
