摘要
基于漳州职业技术学院学生综合素质测评数据,以课程思政改革政策作为准自然实验,通过双重差分方法,考察工匠精神融入专业课程教学前后学生学习成效的变化情况,并利用倾向得分匹配来验证结论的可靠性。研究结果显示:工匠精神融入专业课程教学显著提升了学生的学习成效,检验结果进一步验证了工匠精神对学习成效的正向影响。为更好地发挥工匠精神对高职院校学生的学习成效的促进作用,提升人才培养质量,在职业教育教学实践中应该将工匠精神与专业课程有机融合,并适时关注工匠精神为学生带来的增量进步,优化工匠精神培育路径。
Based on the data of students'comprehensive quality in a college,and taking the curriculum ideological and political reform policy as a quasi-natural experiment,this paper measures the change of students'learning achievements before and after the craftsman spirit is integrated into the major courses by differences-indifferences method.It verifies the reliability of the conclusion by using the PSM method.The results show that the integration of craftsman spirit into major courses significantly improves students'learning effectiveness.The test results were further verified the positive influence of craftsman spirit on learning achievements.To better play the role of craftsman spirit in promoting students'learning achievements in higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of talents'training,efforts should be made to integrate craftsman spirit with major courses systematically in the teaching practice,attention should be paid to the incremental progress brought by craftsman spirit to students in a timely manner,so as to optimize the cultivation path of craftsman spirit.
