摘要
振动夹具的作用是将振动台的能量不失真地传递给产品,目前的振动夹具设计只考虑复合重心原则,对夹具的刚度没有进行估算,导致夹具实物制造出来刚度不足,传递性差。为了验证夹具结构设计的合理性,运用ANSYS有限元法对振动夹具进行模态分析及随机振动分析,得到了夹具的固有频率、振型及各安装点的传递特性,依据分析结果对夹具进行综合评判,通过振动试验获得试验模态参数并与有限元模态进行对比,结果显示,仿真分析与试验结果基本一致,夹具结构设计可靠,满足振动试验要求。
The function of the vibration fixture was to transmit the energy of the vibration table to the products without distortion.At present,the design of the vibration fixture only considered the principle of compound center of gravity,and the stiffness of the fixture was not estimated,which resulted in insufficient stiffness and poor transmissibility of the fixture manufactured by the real object.In order to verify the rationality of the fixture structure design,the modal analysis and random vibration analysis of the vibration fixture were carried out by using the ANSYS finite element method,and it was obtained that the natural frequency,vibration mode and transmission characteristics of each installation point of the fixture.The fixture was comprehensively evaluated according to the analysis results.The test modal parameters were obtained through the vibration test and compared with the finite element modal.The results showed that the simulation analysis was basically consistent with the test results,the fixture structure design was reliable and it met the requirements of the vibration test.
