不同药剂处理对草莓种子萌发的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为提高草莓种子的发芽率和发芽势,以‘红颜’草莓种子为试材,选用不同药剂对其进行萌发处理,计算草莓发芽率、发芽势及发芽指数,并利用隶属函数的方法评价不同药剂处理对草莓种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明:采用H_(2)O_(2)及KNO_(3)处理时,随着处理时间的增加,草莓种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数呈先升高再降低的趋势;采用酸及激素处理时,随着浓度的升高,草莓种子的发芽率亦呈现先升高后降低的趋势,发芽势及发芽指数的变化趋势与发芽率相同。通过隶属函数对各处理进行综合评价,促进草莓种子萌发由强到弱的前5位处理分别为:12%H_(2)O_(2)处理1 h、0.20%KNO_(3)处理12 h、5 mg·L^(-1)GA_(3)处理24 h、10 mg·L^(-1)NAA处理24 h、0.30%KNO_(3)处理8 h,发芽率分别可达90.67%、90.33%、88%、84.67%、86.33%,均比CK提高27.6%以上。综上,在实际生产中,排名前5位的处理,可适当选择应用,以提高草莓发芽率及发芽势,加快草莓育种进程。 In order to improve the germination rate and germination potential of strawberry seeds,the'Hongyan'strawberry seeds were treated with different regents,and the germination rate,germination potential and germination index were calculated.The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of strawberry seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of treatment time under H_(2)O_(2) and KNO_(3) treatments.When treated with acid and hormone,the germination rate of strawberry seeds increased first and then decreased with the increase of concentration,and the change trend of germination potential and germination index was the same as that of germination rate.Through the membership function to carry on the comprehensive evaluation to each processing,the top 5 treatments that promoted strawberry seed germination from strong to weak were:12%H_(2)O_(2) treatment for 1 h,0.20%KNO_(3) treatment for 12 h,5 mg·L^(-1) GA_(3) treatment for 24 h,10 mg·L^(-1) NAA treatment for 24 h and 0.30%KNO_(3) treatment for 8 h,the germination rates were 90.67%,90.33%,88%,84.67%,86.33% respectively,which were all higher than CK by 27.6%.To sum up,in the practical production,the top 5 treatments can be appropriately selected and applied to improve the germination rate and germination potential of strawberry and speed up the breeding process of strawberry.
