不同产卵基质对红彩瑞猎蝽产卵生物学的影响

摘要 为明确不同产卵基质对红彩瑞猎蝽成虫产卵生物学的影响,在室内条件下,选择烟草叶片、棉花叶片、报纸、白纸、硫酸纸5种物质作为产卵基质,测定了产卵基质对红彩瑞猎蝽雌成虫产卵前期、产卵期和产卵量等产卵生物学的影响。结果表明:红彩瑞猎蝽雌成虫对产卵基质具有一定的偏好性,其连续45 d内在鲜烟叶上产卵次数、产卵选择率、累积产卵总量和孵化率分别为6.4次、32.7%、138.9粒和91.84%,显著高于棉花叶片和报纸等其他产卵基质(P<0.05)。红彩瑞猎蝽在烟叶上的产卵前期最短(4.8 d)、产卵历期最长(42.2 d),与其他处理间差异显著。综上,鲜烟叶是一种适合红彩瑞猎蝽繁殖产卵的基质,研究结果为红彩瑞猎蝽人工饲养技术中成虫交配产卵等提供理论依据。 To explore the effect of different oviposition substrates on oviposition biology of Rhynocoris fuscipes,the tobacco leaf,cotton leaf,newspaper,white paper and sulfuric acid paper was acted as the oviposition media.The oviposition biology of R.fuscipes such as adult pre-oviposition period,oviposition period and oviposition amount etc.,were investigated under laboratory conditions.The result showed that The female adults of R.fuscipes had a certain preference for the spawning substrate,the number of eggs laid,the selection rate of eggs laid,the cumulative total number of eggs laid and the hatching rate on fresh tobacco leaves within 45 consecutive days were 6.4 times,32.7%,138.9 eggs and 91.84% respectively,which significantly higher than other spawning substrates such as cotton leaves and newspapers(P<0.05).The pre-oviposition duration was 4.9 d on the tobacco leaf,significantly shorter than those on the other oviposition substrates,and the oviposition duration was longest(42.2 d).In conclusion,fresh tobacco leaf was a kind of substrate suitable for reproduction and spawning of R.fuscipes,and the results provide a theoretical basis for adult mating and egg laying in the artificial breeding technology of R.fuscipes.
