基层开放大学在线学习活动现状及提升策略分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Improvement Strategy of Online Learning Activities of Grassroots Open Universities

基层开放大学直接面对广大学生,是保证开放大学体系教学、管理、服务落地的主要力量。在新冠肺炎疫情影响下,基层开放大学在推进当地终身学习和学习型社会建设中的作用更加突出。基于2022年沧州开放大学及有关学习中心的调查数据和结论,基层开放大学的在线学习活动与传统课堂教学有显著区别,又深受其影响;是面向成人开展现代远程开放教育、推进终身教育事业发展的重要途径,同时距离其发挥预想的作用仍存在较大提升空间。根据在线学习活动中存在的目标设定不明、资源供需错配、交互效果不佳、自主学习能力差、专业人才短缺等问题,研究提出了问题导向的任务设计、丰富在线学习资源、对接学生需求、科学设计在线交流互动、促进学生在线学习投入、培养基层开放大学专业人才等观点主张。

Grassroots open universities directly face the majority of students and are the main force to ensure the implementation of teaching,management and service of the Open University system.Under the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,the role of grassroots open universities in promoting local lifelong learning and building a learning society has become more prominent.Based on the survey data and conclusions of Cangzhou Open University and related learning centers in 2022,the online learning activities of grassroots open universities are significantly different from traditional classroom teaching,and are deeply affected by it.It is an important way to carry out modern distance open education for adults and promote the development of lifelong education,and there is still much room for improvement from its expected role.According to the problems of unclear goal setting,mismatch between supply and demand of resources,poor interaction effect,poor independent learning ability,shortage of professional talents and other problems in online learning activities,this research puts forward such ideas as problem-oriented task design,enrichment of online learning resources,connection of students’needs,scientific design of online communication and interaction,promotion of students’online learning input,and cultivation of professional talents in grassroots open universities.
