典型舱段连接件多轴振动安全性与有效性验证

摘要 针对某典型舱段内标准件、接插件等连接件开展三轴振动试验的有效性与安全性进行了评估分析。通过故障模式影响分析与仿真分析,获得了舱段产品内各类连接件在三轴振动时的失效机理以及松动失效、强度失效、疲劳失效模式下的应力分布情况,为后续三轴振动分析以及缺陷植入奠定基础。从应力、加速度、疲劳损伤3个方面对该舱段的三轴振动谱进行分析与剪裁,获得了综合剪裁谱,然后针对三轴振动综合剪裁谱的有效性以及三轴振动试验的安全性分析进行了分析与评估。经分析,三轴振动综合剪裁谱有效,能够充分激发产品潜在故障。同时,相较于传统单轴振动试验,可大幅提高试验效率、缩短试验周期。 This paper evaluates the security and validity of triaxial vibration test for the connecting pieces in the typical section,for example,standard parts and connectors,etc.Through the impacting analysis and simulation analysis about the failure mode,the failure mechanism of all kinds of connecting pieces in the section during triaxial vibration,and the stress distribution of loose failure,strength failure and fatigue failure are obtained,which provide a foundation for the analysis of triaxial vibration and defects implant.Then,the composite clipping spectrum is obtained by analyzing the section’s triaxial vibration from three aspects of stress,acceleration and fatigue failure.The paper analyzes the security of the composite clipping spectrum and the validity of triaxial vibration.Finally,the composite clipping spectrum is validated effectively and could motivate the potential faults of the connecting pieces,at the same time,the triaxial vibration could increase the test efficiency and reduce the test period,comparing to the uni-axial vibration.
