书院制视域下高校思想政治教育的研究

THE CHARACTERISTICS,VALUES AND PATH OF IDEOLOGICAL AND POLITICAL EDUCATION IN COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES UNDER THE ACADEMIC SYSTEM

书院制视域下高校思想政治教育的初衷是以立德树人为目标,以学生为中心,打破思想政治教育囿于课堂的局限,在“大思政”系统中整合学院与书院的资源发挥协同育人合力,打造全员、全方位、全过程的思想政治教育新模式,致力于培养符合社会需求的时代新人。书院制视域下高校思想政治教育具备通识教育和导师陪伴、学院和书院协同育人以及学习理念和方式转变的特点;有益于培养新时代知识交叉融合全面发展的人才,有利于推动新时代高校“大思政”育人体系建构,有助于实现新时代高校“立德树人”根本目标。健全导师陪伴机制、搭建协同育人平台、完善第二课堂建设是书院制视域下高校思想政治教育路径的有益探索,益于形成高校思想政治教育的全员育人新体系、“双院联动”新系统和思想政治教育新机制。以人为本、德育为先的高校书院制不断回应、落实中国高等教育的人才培养改革的要求,被视为破解当下育人困境,促进培养大批德才兼备的高素质人才的一个可能方向。

The original intention of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of academy system is to establish morality and talent cultivation as the goal,take students as the center,break the limitation of ideological and political education confined to the classroom,integrate the resources of the college and academy in the"Great Ideological and Political"system,play a collaborative role in educating people,create a new mode of ideological and political education for all staff,all directions,and the whole process,and strive to cultivate new people of the era who meet the needs of society.From the perspective of academy system,the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has the characteristics of general education and tutor's company to broaden the boundaries of ideological and political education,colleges and academies to cooperate in educating people to prevent the interruption of ideological and political education,and the transformation of learning ideas and methods to innovate the mode of ideological and political education.It is beneficial to cultivate talents with cross integration and comprehensive development of knowledge in the new era,to promote the construction of the"big ideological and political"education system in colleges and universities in the new era,and to achieve the fundamental goal of"cultivating morality and talents"in colleges and universities in the new era.Perfecting the tutor accompanying mechanism,building a collaborative education platform,and improving the construction of the second classroom are beneficial explorations of the path of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the perspective of the academy system,which are beneficial to the formation of a new system of all staff education,a new system of"two colleges"linkage,and a new mechanism of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The college system,which is people-oriented and moral education first,constantly responds to and implements the requirements of the talent training reform of China′s higher education,and is seen as a possible direction to solve the current educational dilemma and promote the cultivation of a large number of high-quality talents with both ability and morality.
