悬索桥索夹螺杆轴力超声检测系统的研制 被引量:1

摘要 为解决悬索桥索夹螺杆的轴力检测难题,根据基于纵波的螺杆轴力超声测量原理,研制出一套悬索桥索夹螺杆轴力检测系统,介绍了包括压电超声探头与测量程序在内的超声检测系统构成,并设计了降低信号噪声的数字带通滤波器。实验室和工程现场测试结果表明,该系统能够用于悬索桥索夹螺杆的轴力检测,试验测试误差不超过2.44%,工程测量误差不超过4.03%。该系统设计了磁吸附超声探头,测量结果具有较好的稳定性与可重复性,为悬索桥索夹螺杆轴力的测量提供一种快速、有效的技术手段。 In order to solve the problems of axial force detection in suspension bridge cable clamp screw,according to the ultrasonic measurement principle(longitudinal wave)of screw axial force,a set of suspension bridge cable clamp screw axial force detection system is developed.The composition of ultrasonic detection system including piezoelectric ultrasonic probe and measurement program is introduced,and a digital band-pass filter to reduce signal noise is designed.The test results in laboratory and engineering field show that the system can be used to detect the axial force of cable clamp screw of suspension bridge.The test error is no more than 2.44%,and the engineering measurement error is less than 4.03%.The system designs a magnetic adsorption ultrasonic probe,and the results have good stability and repeatability,which provides a fast and effective technical means for the measurement of axial force of cable clamp screw of suspension bridge.
