摘要
为了提供一种抗滑性能优良的沥青混合料作为超薄罩面,采用多碎石沥青混合料(SAC)级配设计方法设计了两种沥青类型的SAC-5沥青混合料。通过室内性能和加速加载试验,分析了SBS改性沥青混合料(S-SAC-5)与橡胶改性沥青混合料(R-SAC-5)的路用性能,并与SMA-5、SMA-10、NovaChip-Type C这3种罩面性能进行对比。结果表明,SAC-5沥青混合料高温性能、水稳定性能、低温性能均高于规范要求,R-SAC-5低温性能更优;与其他类型对比说明,级配和材料是路用性能的影响因素,但SAC-5混合料受沥青类型影响不大,更具普遍性。长期抗滑性能呈现出先快后缓再直线衰减的规律,但加载100万次后摆值仍高于验收标准,说明SAC-5沥青混合料具有优异的抗滑性能,可作为超薄罩面推广使用。
In order to provide an asphalt mixture with excellent skid resistance as an ultra-thin overlay,the SAC-5 asphalt mixtures of two types asphalt were designed by using the grading design method of multiple gravel asphalt mixture(SAC).The road performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture(S-SAC-5)and rubber modified asphalt mixture(R-SAC-5)was analyzed by indoor performance and accelerated loading test,and compared with the performance of SMA-5,SMA-10 and Novachip-type C.The results show that the high temperature performance,water stability performance and low temperature performance of SAC-5 asphalt mixture are higher than the specification requirements,and the low temperature performance of R-SAC-5 asphalt mixture is better.Compared with other types,grading and material are the influencing factors of road performance,but SAC-5 mixture is less affected by asphalt type and more common.The long-term skid resistance shows the law of fast first,slow then linear attenuation,but the sway value after loading 1 million times is still higher than the acceptance standard,indicating that SAC-5 asphalt mixture has excellent skid resistance,and can be used as ultra-thin overlay.
