多层多孔轻质合金材料的电磁屏蔽性能研究进展

摘要 随着智能通信系统和电子设备等技术的迅速发展,电磁污染已成为一个严重的问题,会导致其它电子设备的系统故障,甚至会危害人体健康。因此,轻质宽频高效的电磁屏蔽材料的研发对于控制电磁污染至关重要,而多层多孔材料在电磁屏蔽领域具有独特的优势。本文综述不同多层多孔结构轻质合金材料电磁屏蔽性能的最新研究进展,阐述组元成分、分布以及制备工艺等与其电磁屏蔽性能之间的本构关系,并对未来的研究方向和发展前景进行展望。 With the rapid development of intelligent communication systems and electronic equipment,electromagnetic pollution has become a serious problem that leads to the failure of other electronic systems and even endangers human health. Therefore,the research of lightweight,broadband,and efficient electromagnetic shielding materials is very important. Multilayer and porous materials have unique advantages in electromagnetic shielding field. In this work,the latest research progress of electromagnetic shielding properties of light alloy materials with different multilayer or porous structure materials is reviewed. The constitutive relationships between the composition,distribution,preparation process,and electromagnetic shielding properties are discussed. The future research direction and development prospect are also prospected.
