摘要
为了提高钢材表面清洁度降低腐蚀速率,本文利用复合电镀工艺电沉积制备Ni-Co-La_(2)O_(3)复合镀层,再通过硬脂酸乙醇溶液对表面改性以提高疏水性能。实验结果表明,通过硬脂酸改性,Ni-Co-La_(2)O_(3)纳米复合镀层表面平整光亮,接触角达到155.4°,自腐蚀电流密度为5.7×10^(-6)A/cm^(2),具有良好疏水性和耐蚀性。
In order to improve the surface cleanliness of steel and reduce the corrosion rate,a Ni-Co-La_(2)O_(3)composite coating was prepared using electrochemical deposition method and composite electroplating process,and then the surface was modified by stearic acid ethanol solution to improve the hydrophobic performance. The experimental results show that through the stearic acid modification,the Ni-Co-La_(2)O_(3)nanocomposite plating layer presented a flat and bright surface with a contact angle of 155.4°and a self-corrosion current density of 5.7×10^(-6)A/cm^(2),showing good hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance.
