基于SBM-DEA模型中部六省碳排放效率测度与分析 被引量:3

摘要 为实现“双碳”目标,推动中部地区高质量发展,从区域碳减排方面入手,以中部六省为研究对象,根据2010—2019年省域数据,基于SBM-DEA模型及Malmquist-Luenberger指数分解相结合的分析框架下,测度了中部六省的碳排放效率及区域差异,研究发现:1)中部六省碳排放效率静态结果总体呈先减后增的趋势,碳减排工作在2016年中部崛起计划后有明显推进。2)中部六省碳排放效率动态结果的ML指数均值为1.11>1,从ML指数的2个分解值来看,技术效率指数均值为1.01,技术进步指数为1.105,可看出技术进步指数略高于技术效率指数,说明提升技术效率是中部六省提升碳排放效率的关键指标。 In order to achieve the goal of"dual carbon"and promote the high-quality development of the central region,starting from the aspect of regional carbon emission reduction,taking the six central provinces as the research object,according to the provincial data from 2010 to 2019,based on the SBM-DEA model and Malmquist-Luenberger index decomposition combined with the analysis framework,the carbon emission efficiency and regional differences of the six central provinces were measured,and the results found that:1)the static results of carbon emission efficiency in the six central provinces generally showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.Carbon reduction efforts have progressed significantly since the 2016 Central Rise Plan.2)The average ML index of the dynamic results of carbon emission efficiency in the six central provinces is 1.11>1,and from the two decomposition values of the ML index,the average value of the technical efficiency index is 1.01 and the technological progress index is 1.105,which shows that the technological progress index is slightly higher than the technical efficiency index,indicating that improving technical efficiency is the key indicator to improve carbon emission efficiency in the six central provinces.
