碳中和背景下吉安市发展固体替代燃料的产业路径 被引量:2

摘要 为促进吉安市能源结构调整,加快发展新能源结构升级,推动产业绿色低碳转型,结合国内外固体替代燃料(SRF)标准体系,基于吉安市一般工业固废的处理及产业发展现状,建立回收处理体系来提高一般工业固废处理综合利用率,从而进一步发展SRF产业的核心因素。结果表明,发展SRF产业,应从前端原料的收集、产品制造的工艺路线和下游产品销售等方面对SRF的产业规划和发展路径进行系统的梳理,通过平台化、共享化、供应链化、生态化的商业模式成为工业企业解决一般工业固废的重要途径,为能源结构调整提供一定的政策和理论指导。因此,吉安市应科学谋划定位、统筹规划、严格实施行业准入、加大科技投入推动SRF产业发展。 In order to promote the adjustment of Ji'an's energy structure,accelerate the upgrading of new energy structure,and promote the green and low-carbon transformation of the industry,combined with the domestic and foreign solid alternative fuel(SRF)standard system,based on the treatment of general industrial solid waste and the current situation of industrial development in Ji'an,establish a recycling and treatment system to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of general industrial solid waste treatment,so as to further develop the core factors of SRF industry.The results show that the development of SRF industry should systematically sort out the industrial planning and development path of SRF from the aspects of front-end raw material collection,product manufacturing process route and downstream product sales,and become an important way for industrial enterprises to solve general industrial solid waste through platform,sharing,supply chain and ecological business models,and provide certain policy and theoretical guidance for energy structure adjustment.Therefore,Ji'an should scientifically plan and position,make overall planning,strictly implement industry access,and increase investment in science and technology to promote the development of SRF industry.
