摘要 为了调查既有建筑中央空调系统的节能潜力,找出该类建筑中央空调节能改造方法,以中央空调系统中能耗占有相当大的循环水泵作为调查研究对象,同时以某医院住院部的中央空调系统为例,对其中央空调循环水泵现状进行调查,并对节能问题进行计算分析。结果表明,该医院由于建于国家实施建筑节能评估政策之前,在循环水泵的选取时主要考虑安全可靠性因素为主,忽视了节能因素,因此水泵扬程和流量选取都偏大,所以水泵耗能较大;通过设计计算对该系统的冷冻水泵和冷却水泵都进行了节能改造,其中冷却水泵通过更换低能耗水泵方式进行节能改造,冷冻水泵通过变频方式进行节能改造;改造后的循环水泵系统节能14万元/a左右。 In order to investigate the energy-saving potential of the central air-conditioning system and find out the energy-saving transformation method of central air-conditioning in existing buildings,An analysis on energy consumption and energy saving potential of the circulating water pump in central air conditioning system at a hospital in Jiaxing is carried out and energy-saving analysis is presented.The result indicates that the hospital was built before the implementation of energy-saving assessment of civil building,and the safety and reliability factors were mainly considered in the selection of circulating water pumps,while the energy-saving factors were ignored.Therefore,Water pump head and flow were selected too large,so water pump energy consumption was large.Through calculation,chilled water pump and cooling water pump of the system have been transformed to save energy.Cooling water pump has been transformed into energy-saving water pump,and chilled water pump has been transformed into variable frequency water pump.Reformed circulating water pump system will save about 140000 yuan annually.
