血液透析血流欠佳患者应用体外循环并联法应急处理的护理经验总结

Nursing experience of emergency treatment with extracorporeal circulation parallel method in hemodialysis patients with poor blood flow

目的探讨透析患者在透析中血流欠佳时应用体外循环并联法提高透析血流量的可行性及护理。方法收集2016年10月-2021年10月本血液净化中心因各种原因引起透析血管通路血流量欠佳的维持性透析患者118例,使用血管通路并联法增加患者透析血流量的应急处理。结果透析血管通路血流量欠佳的维持性透析患者透析血流量由120~160 mL/min提升到200~230 mL/min,不仅达到了透析要求的血流量,而且减少凝血的发生率,提高了透析充分性。结论透析血流量欠佳患者应用通路并联法作为应急处理解决透析血流不足问题是可行的。

Objective To explore the feasibility and nursing of extracorporeal circulation parallel method in improving dialysis blood flow in hemodialysis patients with poor blood flow during dialysis.Methods A total of 118 maintenance dialysis patients with poor blood flow of dialysis vascular access due to various reasons were collected in our blood purification center from October 2016 to October 2021,and emergency treatment was conducted by vascular access parallel method to increase the dialysis blood flow of patients.Results The hemodialysis blood flow of maintenance dialysis patients with poor hemodialysis vascular access increased from 120-160 mL/min to 200-230 mL/min,which not only met the blood flow requirements of dialysis,but also reduced the incidence of coagulation,and improved the adequacy of dialysis.Conclusion It is feasible to use the access parallel therapy as an emergency treatment to solve the problem of insufficiency blood flow in hemodialysis patients with poor flow.
