绩效考核管理在心内科护理管理中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的评价心内科护理管理中采取绩效考核管理的有效性。方法选取2021年3月—2022年3月山东颐养健康集团莱芜中心医院心内科护理人员26名,根据随机数表法分为两组,每组13名。对照组接受常规管理,观察组接受绩效考核管理,将两组心内科护理人员的管理效果进行比较。结果观察组护理质量评分(包含操作技术、专业理论知识、合作能力、基础护理、护患沟通、工作责任感、护理文书质量、人文关怀)均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后,观察组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理人员的工作满意度(管理满意度、同事关系、工作认可度、岗位薪酬、工作负荷、对科室意见、医生评价)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心内科护理管理采用绩效考核管理的效果显著,有利于提高工作达标率以及对工作的满意度,值得在临床中使用与推广。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of adopting performance appraisal management in the nursing management of cardiology department.Methods 26 nursing staff of the Department of Cardiology in Laiwu Central Hospital of Shandong Yiyang Health Group from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 13 people in each group.The control group receiving conventional management,and the observation group receiving performance appraisal management,and the management effects of the cardiology nursing staff in the two groups were compared.Results The nursing quality(operation technique,professional theoretical knowledge,cooperation ability,basic care,nurse-patient communication,work responsibility,quality of nursing documents,and humanistic care)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the SAS anxiety score and SDS depression score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The job satisfaction(management satisfaction,colleague relationship,job recognition,job pay,work load,opinion on the department,physician evaluation)of nursing staff in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of performance appraisal management in cardiology nursing management is significant,which is conducive to improving the rate of work compliance as well as satisfaction with work,and is worth using and promoting in the clinic.
