Analysis of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis in the Management of Preoperative Handover Process of Surgical Patients

目的研讨失效模式与效应分析在手术患者术前交接流程管理中效果与意义。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月在滕州市中心人民医院未开展失效模式与效应分析的术前交接医护人员13名作为参照组,再抽选2021年11月—2022年10月在滕州市中心人民医院开展失效模式与效应分析的术前交接医护人员13名作为探究组,分析实施失效模式与效应分析对医护人员在手术患者术前交接流程管理的意义与优势。结果探究组医护人员在手术前工作准备充分、患者重要信息全面且正确、手术部位标识规范、病历资料全面及多方位评估手术患者评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组医护人员满意度100.00%高于参照组的61.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论失效模式与效应分析应用率颇高,不仅可提高医护人员对于手术患者术前交接流程管理能力,还可保证交接前、交接中的工作内容更加规范与合理,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect and significance of failure mode and effect analysis in the management of preoperative handover process for surgical patients.Methods 13 medical staff with preoperative handover who had not performed failure mode and effect analysis in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the reference group,and 13 medical staff with preoperative handover who had performed failure mode and effect analysis in Tengzhou Central People's Hospital from November 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study group.To analyze the significance and advantages of implementing failure mode and effect analysis for medical staff in preoperative handover process management of surgical patients.Results The scores of surgical patients in the inquiry group were higher than those in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),including full preparation before surgery,comprehensive and correct important information of patients,standard identification of surgical sites,comprehensive medical records and multi-directional evaluation.The satisfaction of medical staff in the inquiry group was 100.00%higher than that in the reference group 61.54%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application rate of failure mode and effect analysis is quite high,which can not only improve the ability of medical staff to manage the preoperative handover process of surgical patients,but also ensure that the work content before and during the handover is more standardized and reasonable,which is worthy of promotion.
