层级管理模式在儿科护士管理日常工作中的前瞻性分析

摘要 目的分析在儿科护士管理日常工作中,层级管理模式的实施效果及具体方法,并对其实施后护士核心能力评分、护理质量、对管理模式的满意度进行研究。方法选取2021年10月—2022年10月淄博市妇幼保健院儿科护士56名为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为研究组、对照组,每组28名。前者实施层级管理模式,后者实施传统管理模式。对比分析两组管理效果。结果研究组护士核心能力(教育与咨询、临床护理、批判性思维、人际关系、法律及伦理实践、领导能力、专业发展)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组的护理质量(护理文书、病区管理、消毒隔离、重症护理基础护理)相比,研究组各指标评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组对管理模式的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论层级管理模式实施价值较高,可以显著提升护士核心能力评分、护理质量,对管理模式的满意度较高。 Objective To analyze the effects and specific methods of implementing the hierarchical management model in the daily work of pediatric nurses management,and to study the core competency scores,quality of care,and satisfaction with the management model of nurses after its implementation.Methods 56 pediatric nurses in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 28 in each group.The former implements hierarchical management mode,while the latter implements traditional management mode.Comparative analysis management effects of two groups.Results The core competencies(education and counseling,clinical care,critical thinking,interpersonal relationships,legal and ethical practice,leadership,and professional development)scores of nurses in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group in nursing quality(nursing documents,ward management,disinfection and isolation,basic nursing if critical care),the score of each index in the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction with the management model in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference analysis was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation value of hierarchical management mode is high,which can significantly improve the core competence score and nursing quality of nurses,and the satisfaction of the management mode is high.
