教师标准化病人联合情景模拟对麻醉科新入培医师带教与培养的应用

The Application of Teacher Standardized Patients Combined with Scenario Simulation in the Teaching and Training of New Trainees in Anesthesiology Department

摘要 目的探讨教师标准化病人联合情景模拟对麻醉科新入培医师的带教与培养的应用。方法选取2017—2022级郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院麻醉科麻醉专业的住培医师39名为研究对象,2017—2019级住培医师采用传统教学(n=18,A组);2020—2022级住培医师采用教师标准化病人联合情景模拟教学(n=21名,B组)。评估比较两组的理论考试、技能操作考核、临床综合能力考核、调查问卷分数。结果两组医师理论成绩、麻醉计划评分、团队协作能力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组医师的技能操作和临床麻醉考核分数,学习主动性、学习效率、临床思维及沟通能力方面明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论教师标准化病人联合情景模拟对麻醉科新入培医师的带教与培养取得良好的效果,可有效提升教学水平和教学质量。 Objective To explore the application of teacher standardized patient joint scenario simulation to the teaching and training of newly trained physicians in anesthesiology.Methods 39 resident training physicians majoring in the Anesthesiology Department of Luoyang Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University in 2017 to 2022 grade were selected as the study subjects.To evaluate conoparison the score of the theory examination,skill operation assessment,clinical comprehensive ability assessment,questionnaire of the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the theoretical performance,anesthesia plan score and teamwork ability between the two groups(P>0.05);the skill operation and clinical anesthesia assessment scores,learning initiative,learning efficiency,clinical thinking and communication ability of group B were significantly higher than those of group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teacher standardized patient combined with scenario simulation achieved good effect on the teaching and training of newly trained physicians in anesthesiology,which can effectively improve the teaching level and teaching quality.
