不同可视化手段对于健康科普传播效果影响的差异性分析

摘要 目的探讨不同可视化手段对健康科普传播效果的影响。方法选取2022年4—8月在浙江树人学院本科在校大学生326名作为研究对象,采用抽样分组法分为文本组(n=108)、图文组(n=110)、视频组(n=108),3组分别阅读或观看同一主题的文本、图文、视频后进行传播效果评价问卷调查,通过独立样本非参数检验和多元线性回归进行数据分析。结果图文组总评分为72.0(66.0,75.0)分,视频组总评分为71.0(67.0,75.0)分,均高于文本组55.0(47.3,62.8)分,差异有统计学意义(H=134.955,P<0.001)。是否了解过该主题、对于主题是否感兴趣是3组的科普传播效果总评分的影响因素(P<0.05),专业是文本组科普传播效果总评分的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论使用图文、视频的可视化手段相对单一文字描述的健康科普传播效果更优,且不同可视化手段的传播优势各有特点。 Objective To explore the influence of different visualization means on the effect of health science communication.Methods 326 undergraduate students from Zhejiang Shuren University from April to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into text group(n=108),graphic group(n=110)and video group(n=108)by the sampling and grouping method,three groups respectively after reading or watching the text,text and video of the same topic,the communication effect evaluation questionnaire survey,data analysis by independent sample non-parametric tests and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The total rating of 72.0(66.0,75.0)points for the graphic group and 71.0(67.0,75.0)points for the video group were higher than that of 55.0(47.3,62.8)points for the text group,and the difference was statistically significant(H=134.955,P<0.001).Whether you know the topic and whether you are interested in the topic are the influencing factors of the total score of popular science communication effect in the 3 groups(P<0.05),and the major is the influencing factor of the total score of popular science communication effect in the text group(P<0.05).Conclusion The visualization means of using graphics and videos are more effective in health science popularization communication compared with single text description,and the communication advantages of different visualization means have their own characteristics.
