县级医院药事管理现状与对策分析

随着医疗水平的不断提高,各种新型医疗技术不断涌现,这也促进了医疗事业快速发展。为维护当前医疗行业的稳定,我国出台了很多关于医院药事的规定等,力求医疗行业可发挥出更大的效能。当前传统医院药事管理已经无法满足现代医院的发展要求,因此医院为了尽快提升自身的发展速度,开始着手于提高药事管理效率。文章主要分析县级医院药事管理的概念与要求,通过对药事管理现状的研究,阐明医院药事管理的相关对策,促进药事管理能力的提升,从而推动医院不断向前发展。

With the continuous improvement of medical level,various new medical technologies are emerging,which also promotes the rapid development of medical career.In order to maintain the stability of the current medical industry,China has introduced many regulations on hospital pharmacy,which seek to make the medical industry can play a greater effectiveness.At present,traditional hospital pharmacy management can no longer meet the development trajectory of modern hospitals,so hospitals start to improve the efficiency of pharmacy management in order to enhance their development speed as soon as possible.The article mainly analyzes the concept and requirements of pharmacy management in county hospitals,and through the study of the current situation of pharmacy management,clarifies the relevant countermeasures of hospital pharmacy management to promote the improvement of pharmacy management ability,so as to promote the continuous development of hospitals.
