摘要 绩效考核工作是人力资源管理过程中非常重要的组成部分,通过绩效考核工作,能够有效调动工作人员工作的积极性和主动性,也能充分了解工作人员的特长和优势,更好调配工作岗位,提高工作的整体实力。因此,要充分重视绩效考核工作,尤其是要正确认识到绩效考核工作在实际工作开展过程中存在的问题和不足,通过优化绩效考核理念、完善考核体系、优化考核流程、遵循绩效考核原则、提高绩效考核工作人员能力和水平等多种措施,有效提高绩效考核工作效果和质量,更好地推动医院发展。 Performance appraisal work is a very important part of the human resources management process,and performance appraisal work can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of staff work,but also to fully understand the staff's strengths and advantages,better deployment of jobs and improve the overall strength of the work.Therefore,it is necessary to pay full attention to performance appraisal work,especially to correctly recognize the problems and shortcomings of performance appraisal work in the actual work process,and to effectively improve the effect and quality of performance appraisal work and better promote the development of hospitals through various measures such as optimizing the concept of performance assessment,optimizing the appraisal process,follovoing the principles of performence assessment,and improving the ability and level of performance appraisal staff.
