摘要
目的分析人文关怀管理在呼吸内科护士管理中的作用价值。方法湖南省胸科医院呼吸内科在2020年2月—2021年2月和2021年3月—2022年3月两个时间段内分别开展不同的管理方式,前者为传统护理管理(传统组),后者为人文关怀护理管理(观察组)。在两个时间段内各纳入本院呼吸内科工作的护士26名。比较两组管理效果差异。结果观察组管理后的工作压力低于传统组,且对人文关怀管理模式的认可度和患者对管理服务的满意度均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科护士开展人文关怀护理管理可有效缓解护士的工作压力,提高管理模式认可度,在护理管理服务工作中充分运用人文关怀理念,提高患者满意度水平。
Objective To analyze the value of humanistic care management in the management of nurses in respiratory medicine.Methods The respiratory medicine department of Hunan Chest Hospital carried out different management methods in two time periods from February 2020 to February 2021 and from March 2021 to March 2022,the former being traditional nursing management(traditional group)and the latter being humanistic care nursing management(observation group).Twenty-six nurses working in the respiratory medicine department of the hospital in each of the two time periods were selected.The differences in management effects between the two groups were compared.Results The work pressure of the observation group after management was lower than that of the traditional group,and the recognition of the humanistic care management mode and the satisfaction of patients with the management service were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out humanistic care nursing management for nurses in respiratory medicine can effectively relieve the work pressure of nurses,improve the recognition of the management mode,and fully use the concept of humanistic care in the work of nursing management service,improve the level of patient satisfaction.
