神经内科护理绩效管理中运用平衡记分卡的效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析神经内科护理绩效管理中运用平衡记分卡的效果。方法选取长沙市第一医院2020年2月—2021年2月神经内科工作人员16名纳入常规管理组,实施常规护理管理。2021年3月—2022年3月神经内科工作人员16名纳入绩效管理组,实施平衡记分卡的护理绩效管理。比较两组的管理效果。结果管理后,绩效管理组的工作压力水平、责任意识水平、健康教育水平、安全防护水平、负责患者的管理满意度均高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将平衡记分卡的护理绩效管理运用在神经内科管理服务中,可有效提升工作人员责任意识,减少工作压力,增强安全防护水平。 Objective To analyze the effect of using the balanced scorecard in nursing performance management in neurology.Methods Sixteen staff members from the Department of Neurology of Changsha First Hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected to be included in the routine management group,and routine nursing management was implemented.From March 2021 to March 2022,16 staff of the Department of Neurology were included in the performance management group to implement the balanced scorecard nursing performance management.Compared the management effects of the two groups.Results After management,the work pressure level,responsibility awareness level,health education level,safety protection level and management satisfaction of patients in charge in the performance management group were higher than those in the routine management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the nursing performance management of balanced scorecard to the management service of neurology department can effectively improve the staff's responsibility awareness,reduce the work stress and enhance the level of safety protection,which is worth using.
