探究规范化护理管理对眼科护士临床用药指导及护理工作质量的改善作用

Exploring the Effect of Standardized Nursing Management on Ophthalmic Nurses'Clinical Medication Guidance and Nursing Work Quality Improvement

目的探究眼科规范化护理管理实施对患者临床用药指导、护理质量改善作用及护理满意度影响。方法抽选2022年3—10月巨野县中医医院眼科在职护士11名为研究对象,于2022年3—6月开展常规护理管理,2022年7—10月开展规范化护理管理。比较常规护理管理、规范护理管理下护士护理工作质量评分、护士临床管理能力评分、眼药水护理时间、眼药水相关不良事件发生率、用药指导满意度。结果规范化护理管理期间护士护理工作质量评分、护士临床管理能力评分均较常规护理管理期间升高,护士眼药水护理时间、眼药水相关不良事件发生率均低于常规护理管理期间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。规范化护理管理期间入院患者用药指导满意度高于常规护理管理期间,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼科手术患者临床护理中实施规范化护理管理,可在护理工作质量综合提升的同时,培养患者良好自护行为能力基础,可帮助其在手术前后实现对眼药水治疗的安全应用,且对护理质量改善效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of standardized nursing management implementation in ophthalmology on the clinical medication guidance,nursing quality improvement and nursing satisfaction of patients.Methods Eleven in-service ophthalmic nurses in Juye County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and routine nursing management was carried out from March to June 2022,and standardized nursing management was carried out from July to October 2022.Compare the scores of nurses'nursing quality,clinical management ability,nursing time of eye drops,incidence of adverse events related to eye drops,and satisfaction of medication guidance under routine nursing management and standardized nursing management.Results The nurses'nursing work quality score and nurses'clinical management ability rating were higher during standardized nursing management than during conventional nursing management,and the nurses'medication care time and the incidence of eye drops-related adverse events were lower than during conventional nursing management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction with medication instruction was higher in patients admitted during standardized nursing management than in those admitted during conventional nursing management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of standardized nursing management in the clinical care of ophthalmic surgical patients can improve the quality of nursing work comprehensively while cultivating the basis of good self-care behavior of patients,which can help them achieve the safe application of eye drops treatment before and after surgery,and the effect on the improvement of nursing quality is significant.
