摘要 目的探索PDCA循环管理在国际疾病分类(international classification of dis eases,ICD)编码质量管理中的应用价值。方法选取2020年10月—2021年8月湛江中心人民医院收治的8000例出院病案首页疾病分类编码以及手术操作编码作为本次研究对象,对其进行核对、检查等,并用在ICD编码工具,开展PDCA循环管理,比较管理效果。结果管理后病理诊断漏编、损伤以及重度外因编码遗漏、手术操作编码错误等问题低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后的ICD编码质量评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICD编码质量管理中应用PDCA循环管理,可以明显降低诊断选择错误、病理诊断漏编、损伤以及重度外因编码遗漏、手术操作编码错误等发生率。 Objective To explore the value of PDCA cycle management in the coding quality management of International Classification of Dis eases(ICD).Methods The 8000 cases of disease classification codes on the first page of discharged cases admitted to Zhanjiang Central People's Hospital from October 2020 to August 2021 and the codes of surgical operations were used as the subjects of this study,and they were checked and examined,and used to in ICD coding tools and carry out PDCA cycle tube female,compared the management result.Results After management,the problems such as omission of pathological diagnosis,injury,serious external cause code omission and operation code error were lower than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ICD coding quality score after management was significantly higher than that before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in ICD coding quality management can significantly reduce the incidence of diagnostic selection errors,pathological diagnosis omissions,injury as well as severe external cause coding omissions,and surgical operation coding errors.
