Clinical Impact of Anesthetic Drug Management Model for Nurses in the Operating Room

目的探析手术室护士麻醉药品管理模式对临床的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月长沙市第四医院术室护士12名纳入参比组,开展基础麻醉药品管理模式;选取2021年3月—2022年3月长沙市第四医院手术室护士12名纳入研究组,开展以护士为主导的麻醉药品管理模式。对比两组护士管理前后测评成绩、药品管理评分及麻醉药品差错率。结果管理后,研究组的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组药品管理评分高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的麻醉药品差错率低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将以护士为主导的麻醉药品管理模式运用在手术室麻醉药品管理服务中,可有效增强护士的专业认知,锻炼护士的麻醉药品管理能力,减少麻醉药品差错情况,避免医疗资源浪费。

Objective To explore the clinical impact of anesthesia drug management model for nurses in the operating room.Methods Twelve nurses from the operation room of the fourth hospital in Changsha City from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected to be included in the reference group to develop the basic anesthesia and drug administration model;twelve nurses from the operating room of the fourth hospital in Changsha from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected to be included in the study group to develop the nurse led model of managing anesthetics and drugs.The evaluation results,drug management scores and error rate of narcotic drugs were compared between the two groups of nurses before and after management.Results After the management,the evaluation results of the study group were higher than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the drug management score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the error rate of narcotic drugs in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nurse-led anesthesia drug management model applied to the anesthesia drug management service in the operating room can effectively enhance the professional cognition of nurses,exercise the anesthesia drug management ability of nurses,reduce the anesthesia drug errors and avoid the waste of medical resources.
