呼吸内科护理管理中采取层级管理模式对于提高护士工作能力的价值 被引量:1

The Value of Adopting a Hierarchical Management Model in Respiratory Care Management to Improve Nurses'Work Ability

摘要 目的分析在呼吸内科护理管理中实施层级护理管理模式对于提高护士工作能力的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月湖南省胸科医院22名呼吸内科护士纳入对照组,采用常规护理管理,2021年4月—2022年4月22名呼吸内科护士纳入观察组,采用层级管理。比较两组护士职业生命质量评分、工作能力、对管理模式的评价以及患者对管理服务的满意度情况。结果观察组职业生命质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作能力各维度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的认可度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者管理服务满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对呼吸内科护理管理工作中采取层级管理模式,可显著提高护士工作能力,提升其职业生命质量,能够最大限度平衡工作与生活,护士对该模式有着更高的认可度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of implementing the hierarchical nursing management model in the nursing management of respiratory medicine department on improving the working ability of nurses.Methods Twenty-two respiratory internal medicine nurses from Hunan Thoracic Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected to be included in the control group,and routine nursing management was adopted.Twenty-two respiratory internal medicine nurses from April 2021 to April 2022 were selected to be included in the observation group,and hierarchical management was adopted.The two groups of nurses'occupational quality of life scores,work ability,evaluation of management mode and patients'satisfaction with management services were compared.Results The score of occupational quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of each dimension of working ability in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recognition degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of managemtn service in the observation group was higher than that in the control groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of the cascade management model in the nursing management of the respiratory medicine department is more effective in improving the working ability of nurses,enabling them to improve the quality of their professional life and maximize the work-life balance,and the nurses have higher recognition of the model.
