Policy Analysis and Countermeasures Study for Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Tertiary Public Hospitals Based on SWOT Analysis

在国家三级公立医院绩效考核、推动公立医院高质量发展及研究型医院建设背景下,从政策视角对医院科技成果转化工作进行剖析。以江苏省某公立三甲综合医院以例,通过SWOT分析法,深入探讨三级公立医院科技成果转化政策方面面临的优势与机遇、劣势与挑战,以期提出相应对策,提高医院科技成果转化政策及制度方面的决策水平。

In the context of national tertiary public hospital performance appraisal,promoting high-quality development of public hospitals and research-based hospital construction,the transformation of hospital scientific and technological achievements is dissected from a policy perspective.Taking a public tertiary public hospital in Jiangsu Province as an example,the advantages and opportunities,disadvantages and challenges faced by the policy of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in tertiary public hospitals are discussed in depth through SWOT analysis,with a view to proposing corresponding countermeasures and improving the decision-making level of the policy and system of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in hospitals.
